Words are what we do best. We have produced a collection of works from our NZCPR authors: Constitutional Concerns |
|
Dear NZCPR reader,
Throughout the year the New Zealand Centre for Political Research has provided you with well researched commentary on the public policy challenges of our time. We do not shy away from the tough issues, but speak out where ever we believe strong voices are necessary. Our firm belief is that informed citizens are at the heart of a well functioning democracy. In this modern age where traditional media are on the decline and the internet as a source of information and a way of communication is on the rise, we provide in-depth analysis you can trust. Our work informs opinion leaders and through your input and support, we have helped to shape the future direction of New Zealand. 2012 has been an extremely busy year – you can read our Annual Report HERE. The next twelve months looks set to be even more challenging as we lead the opposition to a Treaty-based bicultural constitution as a key priority of our 2013 work programme. As you know, the NZCPR takes no government funding. If you value our work, then please help to keep us running for another year by contributing whatever you can today – click HERE for our website donation page. In return for your Christmas gift we will send you our new compilation – Constitutional Concerns: equality not biculturalism, a collection of essays from our Independent Constitutional Review Panel – as a token of our appreciation for your generosity. On behalf of the NZCPR team, please accept our very best wishes to you and your family for a wonderful Christmas and New Year – and thank you most sincerely for your on-going interest and kind support. Our newsletters will resume in mid-January. Warmest regards, |
